Bridging the Gap Africa (BtGA) believes that marginalized African communities should not suffer from the dangers posed by impassable rivers. Pedestrian bridges prevent drowning and ensure safe, uninterrupted access to education, health care, and economic opportunity.

BtGA builds bridges that save lives. At BtGA, we envision a world where every rural and isolated community is linked by safe and accessible pedestrian bridges.

The funds we raise will help us tailor our safe bridge design, purchase steel and concrete, conduct survey works, hire labor from the areas were we work, travel to remote areas to meet communities in need, set up camp to build bridges in areas where there is no infrastructure, and so much more—all to build bridges.
