About the Build-A-Man Program: The Build-A-Man program is an 8-week mentorship and skills development initiative designed to empower young men with practical trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. In addition to hands-on training, participants will also gain valuable lessons in emotional intelligence and financial literacy. By the end of the program, our goal is to prepare these young men for entry-level job opportunities, apprenticeships, or further education, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in life.
