✅ $25/MONTH ($300 ANNUALLY) enables us to install an energy efficient window to help keep homes warmer in the cold winter months
✅ $50/MONTH ($600 ANNUALLY) purchases roofing materials to address leaks and structural issues to keep houses dry and healthy
✅ $75/MONTH  ($900 ANNUALLY) enables us to build and ADA wheelchair ramp, ensuring accessibility for elderly homeowners or others with mobility challenges
