Bunny Lake is Missing. Otto Preminger's 1965 film noir Bunny Lake is Missing brings us Hitchcock-like suspense along with several great actors: Lawrence Olivier, Carol Lynley, Keir Dullea, and Noel Coward. This psychological thriller follows a young mother who reports that her daughter is missing, but there is no proof that she ever existed.

Many of Hollywood’s Golden Age movies were directed, produced and or written by immigrants to America. This series presents three films by noted European émigrés plus discussions with film historian Lynne Thorner (June 7 and 14), and Erik Preminger (June 12).
