Each year, the Burgess Foundation hosts two sold-out golf tournaments providing exceptional opportunities to showcase your business and participate in a little friendly competition. These events support an organization that makes a difference in the lives of your friends and family.

Proceeds from these events will directly benefit patients at Burgess Health Center and Burgess Family Clinics, ensuring access to high-quality care close to home.

2025 18-Hole Tournament Event Dates
Friday, June 13 at Willow Vale Golf Course, 300 Sioux Street, Mapleton, Iowa
Friday, June 20 at Onawa Country Club, 1825 235th Street, Onawa, Iowa

Check-in - 8 AM
Continental Breakfast - 8 – 8:45 AM.
Shot Gun Start - 9 AM

Continental breakfast and lunch are included for each team member with a 19th-hole happy hour after the day of golf!

We will make every effort to host the tournament, but if all or part of the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unavoidable event, no refunds will be given.
