Hi Family and Friends,
I'm thrilled to announce that I’ll be teaming up with BvB Dallas for my fourth year to help #TACKLEALZ! This year, instead of coaching, I’ll be stepping into a leadership role as part of the Board of Directors.
BvB Dallas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease. Our team not only educates the community and spreads BvB’s mission, but we also oversee where our fundraising dollars go, ensuring they support impactful programs throughout the DFW Metroplex. Over the past 16 years, BvB Dallas has raised over $6 million, and this year, our goal is to raise at least $300,000 to support local organizations that are searching for a cure and assisting patients, families, and caregivers affected by this devastating disease.
This cause is deeply personal to me. As a professor, I educate pharmacy students about Alzheimer’s disease and current treatment options. As a geriatric clinical pharmacy specialist at the Dallas VA, I provide care to veterans with Alzheimer’s, guiding them and their families through diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with thousands of patients, and each one has left a lasting impact on me.
There’s still so much work to be done, but here’s how you can help:
✅ Donate through my GiveButter page
✅ Send a Venmo donation (@Kalin-Clifford)
✅ Donate via cash or check (message me for details)
My personal goal is to raise $5,000 this summer to help fight this disease. No donation is too small—every dollar makes a difference!
At the end of the summer, our fundraising and community service efforts will culminate in the BvB Dallas Powderpuff Flag Football Game at the Cotton Bowl in August 2025! Each $25 donation gets you one ticket to the game.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I truly appreciate your support for a cause that means so much to me. Let’s work together to help BvB #TACKLEALZ!
