With the rising cost of hay and the plummeting quality, we are setting up our own rotational turnouts to allow for the grazing of horses, goats, and cows. With drought-tolerant grass species, native edible grasses, and edible flowers and greens. Which is a far more natural and healthy way to be fed. It also allows us to reduce many health risks and ensure enrichment. But starting up requires not only starting the seed but supplementally feeding. This is our biggest project to date. Includes the forage startup, fencing, and supplemental feeds.
