This organization that means so much to me. I joined Chorus Austin as a singer in January 2015, and loved it so much I made my husband audition about a year later. :) Since then, I have joined the staff, working part time to support the general operations of the organization, along with marketing, grant-writing, and fundraising efforts. Run mostly on "volunteer power," Chorus Austin accomplishes SO MUCH every year, and this year was no exception. We've produced two free virtual concerts, which was a completely new challenge for us, and have plans for more! We are committed to providing music to our community, even in this distributed time, and I must say the quality is truly exceptional.
