Aloha, Talofa, Iakwe, Lenwo, Kaselehlia, Alii, Hafa Adai, Tirow; Sirow, and Mogethin

As a Yapese, born and raised in Hilo, Hawaiʻi, and from the island of Yap in the Federated States of Micronesia, it is important to continue seeing our Pacific Islander youth prosper both back home and abroad.

I joined the CAPAL Board of Directors because I believe in its mission "to empower Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) youth by increasing access to public service opportunities and building a strong AANHPI public service pipeline."

As the world's greatest navigators,  the horizon is not just a line where the sky meets the ocean, it is also a line we must cross to continue growing.  Help us continue growing to make it across together.
