CAP Kid Appeal

Changing the emphasis from growing hair to growing confidence

Dear Friends and Family of CAP,

It is difficult to fully express the gratitude we feel for those who support our mission. Your generosity comes to life every time a child arrives at Alopeciapalooza hiding behind a parent or beneath a hat—unsure, hesitant, and hoping not to be noticed—then later takes off their hat, soars across a zipline, or dances freely with friends.

We hear it from parents too who share that after a CAP2U school presentation, their child is suddenly feeling more confident, standing taller and choosing not to wear a wig to school. Moments like these are the direct result of your support, and they remind us every day why this work is so important.

Your donations help to continue the mission of CAP in the following ways:

Donate $200  - Give library books about alopecia to schools where I speak.

Donate $350 - Send a child with alopecia to Alopeciapalooza.

Donate $500 - Sponsor a leg of Jeff’s CAP2U School Speaking Tours.

Mail in a check made payable to “CAP” at 906 Penn Avenue, Wyomissing, PA 19610. You can also Venmo@capcares, scan the QR Code, or use any major credit card at CapKidAppeal.org.

If you prefer to spread your gift out over time, please consider giving a recurring monthly payment. For example, $30 a month for 12 months will send one kid to Alopeciapalooza, or even $17 a month will help support our Library Program.

Your generosity, no matter the size, can make a profound difference. Every dollar brings us closer to our goal of ensuring that every child affected by Alopecia receives the support they need and deserve. Please consider donating today. Your kindness will have a lasting impact on the lives of these remarkable young people.

Thank you for your compassion and support.

Sincerely,
