At CASA, social justice isn’t just a value — it’s the heart of who we are. You see it in our programs, in the way we hire and train our staff, and in the relationships we nurture every single day. CASA is a community where students, families, and staff are encouraged to show up fully as themselves. We celebrate difference, create belonging, and lean into courageous conversations that help young people grow into confident, compassionate leaders.

Through the arts, students learn to question, imagine, and shape the world around them. CASA has a unique way of allowing kids to explore social justice issues through creative project based learning. Our alumni regularly share that their experiences at CASA ignited their commitment to equity and social change — commitments they carry with them into college, their careers, and their communities.

Now more than ever, we must invest in our children’s understanding of justice, empathy, and their power to make a difference.

$2,500 – Create Community Belonging
Sponsors a year-round social justice & wellness program that blends mindfulness, identity work, and creative expression to nurture resilience and compassion.
$1,000 – Invest in Inclusive Leadership
Provides professional development for CASA staff in trauma-informed, anti-bias, and culturally responsive teaching — ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and safe.
$500 – Amplify Student Voices
Supports materials for the creation of original performances and visual art centered on inclusion, social change, and belonging — using art as the bridge to meaningful dialogue.
$250 – Empower Brave Conversations
Funds materials and facilitation tools for student-led workshops on racial equity, gender identity, allyship, and more.
$100 – Build Understanding Through Storytelling
Provides 10 books by diverse authors and artists for our social justice lending library, helping students explore identity, empathy, and equity.
