Thriving Transmen of Color (TTMOC) is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to empowering the most underserved members of our communities. Through crisis support, community development programs, and essential referrals, we uplift those deprived of the most basic living conditions. Our goal is to help individuals transcend racial and societal inequities, heal from trauma, and rise beyond the harshest circumstances of their lives.

We are proud to be an organization led entirely by Black and Brown trans and queer individuals. TTMOC was founded with the mission to eliminate the stigma surrounding transgender people of color and to prove that when we work together, we are capable of incredible things. We believe in building a chain reaction of love, opportunity, and support especially among People of Color and the LGBTQ+ community, where a divide often exists unnecessarily.

When one of us wins, we all win.
We strive to create bridges, not barriers breaking cycles of shame and creating space for authentic living, leadership, and liberation.

One of our most impactful initiatives is the BIPOC Pride Scholarships a trio of awards designed to uplift and invest in Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, allies, and LGBTQ+ individuals committed to building brighter futures through entrepreneurship, creativity, and community advocacy.

Whether you're an artist, coder, designer, or builder and you support everybody despite how they identify this scholarship supports community-minded individuals who use creativity as a tool for transformation. Trey Glaspie’s legacy reminds us that creativity is power especially when used to build bridges, challenge systems, and open doors.
