Support California Farmworkers and their Families

Mission: To serve and support California Farmworkers by providing programs and services to better their quality of life.

Proudly Serving California Farmworkers in Fresno, Tulare, Kern, Kings, Madera, Riverside and Santa Barbara counties.

The California Farmworker Foundation (CFF) was created to work collectively with grower, ranchers, and farmers to provide services that address farmworker needs. Our model is based on a partnership with ag employers and farmworkers. Started in 2016, CFF began with the support of a passionate farm labor contractor who rallied grower buy-in in the Kern County region to collectively care for the farm working community. Services and programs are based entirely on farmworker needs through the use of field surveys. Many times, services exist but there is a disconnect in working with farm working communities. CFF began working with other community-based organization to bridge the gap through outreach.

In 2020, the foundation grew tremendously with a surge in demand caused by the pandemic. Our reach grew from Kern, Tulare, Fresno and Madera counties to add Kings, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Riverside counties. Today, our focus is to maintain and grow this reach and build upon covid-related efforts into addressing upward mobility. Our two initiatives are intertwined with poverty and quality of life: health & wellness and workforce development. Our contribution is vital to diversifying and expanding CFF's funding structure with support from those who are passionate about socially conscience efforts. We appreciate your time to learn about our organization and consider giving to an effort that completely focused on our vulnerabilities within our community.

Together we can help build better futures for California farmworkers. Help us to continue to make a difference in the lives that help put food on our tables.
