Why This Fundraiser Means So Much to Me

Hi friends and family,

Working at GGHF Curious by Nature School (CBNS) every day, I see how nature-based learning transforms our students and sparks a lifelong love of the outdoors. Watching children discover and grow in this supportive, nature-rich environment is an incredible experience that reminds me why I love what I do.

This year, I’m joining my fellow teachers to raise funds through our Back to Our Roots Annual Appeal. CBNS has come a long way since its start, growing from just a small group of 20 students to a flourishing community serving over 200 children each year. With an expanded 3.5-acre campus and programs designed to nurture curiosity and connection with the natural world, we’re excited about our future. However, we also face rising costs, and we rely on the generosity of our community to keep this experience accessible for all.
