Jonathan still needs our help
Jonathan still needs our help, he still has a long road to recovery that is causing undue financial hardship and strain for him and his family. Let's come together and help Jonathan and his family during this time of need.
Over four months ago, CBP Technician Jonathan Hernandez was struck by a car on his way to work and suffered severe injuries. He was in the ICU for close to two months. Since that time, he has been going through extensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help him overcome the injuries. He was recently discharged from the hospital but is still suffering from Diplopia and numbness throughout his body. Due to all of these factors he has been unable to return to work and provide for his family.
Jonathan started his career at CBP JFK in 2020 as a technician, he has always been a beloved member of our team at JFK Airport and has always been there and willing to help his coworkers with whatever was needed. Jonathan is a proud father and those of you that know him personally, know his family and daughters, Aralis and Isabella, were all he ever talked about.
Please join us in showing our support for Jonathan and his family during these uncertain times. Your generosity and support mean the world to him and his family.
Thank you again.
