Ketamine - What You Should Know
Sunday, January 21st, 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM PST
In Person
On 28 Oct 2023 Matthew Perry died primarily of “the acute effects of ketamine” according to a report from the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office. Since then, people have been asking, “Is Ketamine a safe treatment for depression?” “Are there other treatments without the risk?” Ketamine has been touted as a wonder drug for the treatment of some forms of major depression yet in a triple-blind study by Stanford University Researchers: “A single dose of intravenous ketamine compared to placebo has no short-term effect on the severity of depression symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder,” We won’t be sugar-coating the dangers of Ketamine or explaining how much it “helps people”. That’s for the drug companies and their paid promoters to do. Instead, we will be looking at the hard facts of what it is, what it’s used for, how it’s administered, what are its side-effects and how it can result in death. We will also be looking at natural solutions that others have used which aren’t potentially deadly. "Knowledge is power. Knowledge shared is power multiplied." – Robert Noyce, Intel Co-Founder Brought to you by the Citizens Commission on Human Rights of Los Angeles Our guest speakers are: Dr. Allan Sosin, MD – Founder and Medical Director of the Institute for Progressive Medicine.
