Join us for Community Connections 17th Annual Family Fun Day & Walk! Put on your Halloween costume and bring your friends and family for a fun day of creating memories and building relationships. Enjoy games, prizes, food, raffles, and more! This FREE event is open to all! The 2-Mile Walk portion of the event is a fundraiser for Community Connections. 😃 Community Connections provides life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities. Serving over 800 people throughout the South Coast and Cape Cod using a person-centered approach, we design individualized programs that build on the strengths of the whole person, enabling our clients to live as independently as possible in their community. Sign up to raise funds and walk 1 or 2 miles with one of our program teams, or make a donation to a registered walker. Your donations help provide specialized equipment, unique therapies, and meaningful activities to the people we serve through our programs in Fairhaven, Fall River, Mashpee, Plymouth, South Yarmouth, and Wareham. Family Fun Day & Walk activities are open to the public regardless of whether they walk!
