Meet Niles, a cross of Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever; we are a certified  Therapy Dog Team with Creature Comfort Pet Therapy.

I have been actively involved with CCPT for over 7 years with Niles and his predecessor Bruiser. Between both dogs we have achieved over 300 visits in many different facilities, such as public schools, libraries, Veteran Homes, Assisted Living facilities and more.

Volunteering with Niles at these mentioned facilities is a triple win scenario! A win for Niles who loves meeting new people and getting belly rubs, a win for Mom (me) to see the joy that he brings to so many and finally the biggest WIN is to those who receive the therapy (students, children, adults and more).

Our biggest fundraiser of the year is our Furry Scurry Walk-A-Thon which is coming up in October. It’s a month-long virtual event with an in-person “Over the Finish Line” celebration at the end.
