At Cultivating Communities Together (CCT), our mission is to provide support, education, and resources to underserved communities—because we believe that big change starts small, like planting a seed. Creating opportunities and empowering communities to thrive is at the heart of everything we do.

From November 1st to December 15th, 2024, we’re asking for your help to raise $25,000 in seed money, which will enable us to expand our impact in the communities we serve. Just as a single seed grows into a thriving tree, your donation—whether it’s $5 or any amount you feel called to give—helps us lay the foundation for essential support in the communities we serve and continue assisting those in need.

We’re working on establishing exciting new projects across several areas, including specialized training for adolescent foster youth, community health resources, and more. We’re thrilled to partner with organizations like MVM Advisory Group, which provides education and skill-building resources statewide, as we plant seeds for sustainable change. Together, we can empower youth, uplift those facing challenges, and cultivate a future filled with new possibilities.

This is the perfect time for year-end giving! As a heartfelt thank you for your generosity, all donors will receive an exclusive invitation to our Annual Christmas Community and Health Fair Event. At this event, we will provide toys and coats to low-income children, ensuring they feel the warmth and joy of the season. Additionally, several of our amazing partner organizations will be there to share valuable resources available to families in need, showcasing the incredible work being done to uplift and strengthen our community.
