Central Cass and Kindred High School Cross Country teams are teaming up and "Running United for a Cause".

We all know the rivalry between Central Cass and Kindred, but this year the Cross Country teams are going to do something a little different and "Run United for a Cause!"

On September 20th the night of the Central Cass and Kindred "Rivalry" Football game the Kindred Cross Country team will start the 28-mile trek from Kindred to Casselton, running relay-style with the football game ball meeting the Central Cass team at the halfway point where they will pass off the ball to run it the rest of the way to Central Cass. Both teams will join together and unite before they enter the field and run in the game ball together to meet the game officials before the start of the Central Cass and Kindred football game.

As they run united, the teams will also be raising money for two important people in each community. We have two separate donation pages/accounts so the money raised in each community will stay within the town and go to the selected donor.

The Central Cass Cross Country Team has decided this year's "Run United for a Cause" recipient will be Mrs. Stansbery. She is a beloved teacher and our head volleyball coach at Central Cass who was diagnosed with breast cancer and is undergoing treatment.

We have two ways to donate:
