Support Children's Environmental Health Day

Children’s Environmental Health (CEH) Day takes place on the second Thursday of October each year. It's based on the idea that, together, we can create a healthier, safer, more equitable world for all children—where fewer children suffer from preventable health issues.

Focused on action and equity, the goal of CEH Day is to collectively increase the visibility of children's environmental health issues while empowering individuals and organizations to take action on behalf of children nationwide. We believe that all children have the right to healthy environments in which to thrive.

Will you join us?

CEH Day events, tools, and communications are supported through the work of the Children's Environmental Health Network. CEHN is a national nonprofit that advocates for clean air and water, safer food and products, and healthy places to live, learn, and play for all children. We have been the leading evidence-based voice for children's environmental health for over three decades.

Each year, we facilitate CEH Day for the larger Children's Environmental Health Movement, providing guidance, recourses, technical assistance, and a platform for all child health advocates. We also host our own CEH Day celebrations. Donations made support both our CEHN-hosted CEH Day events and our work on CEH Day in general.
