This workshop will cover the impacts of climate change on water rights. Robin Kundis Craig, Professor of Law at the University of Utah Law School will discuss "The End of Stationarity in Water Law". Dan Von Seggern, Staff Attorney at CELP, will discuss "Impacts of Climate Change on Property Rights". Purchasing tickets for this event only includes this single workshop.
