This workshop will cover the impacts of climate change on water rights. Robin Kundis Craig, Professor of Law at the University of Utah Law School will discuss "The End of Stationarity in Water Law". Dan Von Seggern, Staff Attorney at CELP, will discuss "Impacts of Climate Change on Property Rights". Purchasing tickets for this event only includes this single workshop. There is also an option to purchase an all inclusive ticket at a discounted price for all three workshops, Water Trading and Speculation, River Basin Adjudications and Tribal Rights, and Climate Change and Water Rights.
