CGR Foundation Fund

Common Ground Recovery (CGR) is a trauma-informed, peer-led nonprofit based in Rutland, Vermont, dedicated to creating safe, dignified housing for people in recovery. We believe healing begins with stability, autonomy, and community—and we’re building that from the ground up.

We’ve launched the CGR Foundation Fund to raise $10,000 toward our first year of operations and the opening of our two pilot residences: one for men, one for women. These homes will be more than shelter—they’ll be spaces of empowerment, accountability, and transformation.
