Catholic education has been such a formative experience for my entire family.  CJ is so unique in the dual charisms of the Marianists and Sisters of Notre Dame.  As a classroom English teacher, coordinator of the Social Justice Capstone program, and mother of one graduate and another soon-to-be graduate, I witness firsthand the power of these charisms actualized in the lives of our students.   

Our faith calls us to bear witness to God's goodness and grace present in our daily lives.  Whether we are discussing and writing about global issues, analyzing complex literary texts, and connecting them to our daily lives, the lens through which we do so is always through the mission of CJ.   

Bearing witness to seniors embracing the challenge of the Capstone experience and becoming servant leaders passionate about making an impact on our world is truly unique to CJ.

I am grateful for the foundation CJ has given both of my daughters.  Katie '19 and Allie '21 have been truly blessed and formed by the mission and charisms lived out daily by the entire community.
