Take a Bow 2022!

As 2022 comes to a close, we would like to take the opportunity to thank our Cafeteria Kids Theater supporters.

As the only educational theater dedicated solely to children and teens in Napa Valley, CKT is immensely grateful to YOU, our parents, students, and donors for your generous support that allows us to bring dramatic arts education to Napa Valley youth and families!

2022 was a wonderful year for youth theater in our community!

We began our year with In-School residencies in Napa and St. Helena, and a fantastic musical production of Junie B. Jones for our younger actors. Our summer was filled with camps for kids and teens including The Jungle Book which had two free public performances at the Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center. In recent weeks, Napa Valley audiences of all ages were captivated by the classic story of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, presented in partnership with Napa Valley College.

Looking ahead to 2023, we have many more exciting programs on the horizon, including an all-youth production of The Wizard of Oz!

'Tis the Season for Giving!

Thanks to the generosity of performers and donors like you, CKT has taught over 7,000 students in Napa Valley over the span of a decade, with plans to continue bringing opportunities of dramatic expression and arts education to young people throughout our community for years to come.

Your thoughtful donations make a real difference, from providing scholarships for student participation in our after-school programs to supporting our efforts to bring in-school instruction to public school students across the Napa Valley. Did you know:

$500- will provide an In-School Drama Residency to a classroom in a public school in Napa
$200- will go toward paying a teaching artist to lead an In- School Drama Residency at public school in Napa County
$100- will provide a partial scholarship for a kid or teen to participate in After-School production class or camp
$50- will help support a CKT youth production

Please know that donations at any level are greatly appreciated and will have an impact on our students, families, and community.

Your donations will be doubled! The CKT Board of Directors has made a generous matching gift commitment of $2,500. Your contribution by December 31st will bring us closer to achieving this gift and our goal for the year!
