Grace Sliwoski's Story
Theo and Fiona love being a part of the the Chandler Magnet/La Familia family. One of the most amazing parts of their school experience has been watching them both learn to read! Theo's growth in reading with the support of his amazing teachers has been truly incredible. This year, he's finding series he enjoys and asking to stay up late reading with his night light way past bedtime. Fiona is well on her way, practicing her sight words and reading Dr. Seuss out loud.
I fell in love with reading and books in elementary school and that love has continued my whole life. Every child deserves a chance to find the book that will make them fall in love with reading too!
