Common Power Midterms Mission: Education + Leadership

Donations to Common Power Future (c)(3) go towards our three core educational and leadership development programs. All three build a reservoir of rising leaders eager to fight for democracy, mobilize voters, and stand for justice. We need them all to volunteer in the MIDTERM ELECTIONS for candidates who care about democracy and the right vote. Until November 2026 there are no days off for those of us who are committed to American democracy.

Your donation here will support three rising leaders in Common Power:

1. Educator Ambassadors: we take educators at all levels from Kindergarten to Higher Ed on learning tours to the American South over several days to dive deep into racial justice, democracy, and voting.
2. Action Academy: we provide an online paid summer internship for college-age students with three modules: (a) MINDSET: Democracy and American History; (b) MOJO: Organizing; and (c) MOBILIZE: Taking Action.
3. Scholars in Motion: we provide high school students residing in Project-Based Rental Assistance housing with tutoring for classes, SAT / ACT preparation, college visits, college application fees, and other forms of guidance to help them build the best portfolio possible when they apply to college.
