Support our first Creole Resources Back to School Event!
Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children in Spokane! Creole Resources, a dedicated nonprofit committed to uplifting the Haitian and French-speaking communities in the region, is hosting a crucial Back to School event on September 28th, 2024. This event will serve children primarily in NE and Central Spokane (99207 and 99202 zip codes), providing them with the essential tools they need to succeed in the new school year.
We're calling on compassionate individuals and organizations to support this cause through in-kind donations, gift cards, or direct sponsorships. Your contributions will help us provide school supplies, backpacks, hygiene products, and more to BIPOC children and families who need them the most. Donations of any kind can be dropped off at 1831 E Mission Ave, Spokane, WA 99202.
By donating, you’re not just giving supplies—you’re showing these children that their community is invested in their success. Every contribution, no matter the size, will have a lasting impact. We’re also welcoming volunteers to join us on the day of the event, from 10 AM to 2 PM, with setup starting at 8:30 AM.
Together, we can empower these young scholars and make sure they start the school year ready and confident. Let’s show them that their community is behind them every step of the way. Donation receipts are available upon request.
