🕰 12:45 PM – Doors Open & Mixers Begin 🍹 Start the afternoon off with refreshing drinks, mingling, and a chance to scope out the competition for our fabulous hat contest!

🕰 1:00 PM – Southern-Inspired Cuisine 🍽️ Enjoy a delicious spread of Kentucky Derby favorites while soaking in the festive atmosphere! (Dessert will be unveiled at 3:00 PM—stay tuned for a sweet surprise!)

🕰 1:30 PM – Welcoming Remarks & Hat Contest Rules 🎤 Learn how to cast your vote for the most show-stopping hat of the day while we kick off this elegant affair!

🕰 2:00 PM – Let the Games Begin! 🎲🏆 Take part in lively Derby-themed games for a chance to win prestigious bragging rights! (Live music will pause for a brief interlude during this time.)

🕰 2:45 PM – Second Game – Another chance to get in on the action and compete for glory!

🕰 3:00 PM – Dessert is Served! 🍰 Indulge in a decadent selection of sweets while the band keeps the energy high!

🏇 The Kentucky Derby will be shown live when the official race time is announced! Cheer on your favorite thoroughbred in the most exciting two minutes in sports!

🕰 4:45 PM – Hat Contest Winner Announced & Closing Remarks 👒 Who will take home the crown for the most dazzling, daring, and divine Derby hat? We’ll also take a moment to thank our incredible supporters before wrapping up the festivities.

🕰 5:00 PM – Final Song & Farewell! 🎶 The band will play us out in style as we tip our hats to an unforgettable afternoon!
