About Giveadelphia

Giveadelphia is a community of young professionals based in the heart of Philadelphia whose mission is to support local nonprofits through charity work and unique gatherings held virtually and throughout the city. Founded in 2019, our goal is to make the world a better place one philanthropic event at a time, and we do that together here in the city of Brotherly Love. The charities we support are hyper-local and lesser known. We believe that by lifting up these nonprofits, our community has a greater chance to build and prosper from one generation to the next.

About Heroic Gardens

Heroic Gardens is a nonprofit organization founded to help Veterans experience the healing power of nature. A Veterans Service Organization (VSO), Heroic Gardens provides military service men and women across the Greater Philadelphia area with the opportunity to experience nature-based programs as an alternative healing outlet. By working together, Giveadelphia and Heroic Gardens hope to provide volunteer service days, raise awareness about their mission, and provide funding for new and existing programs.
