The Pitre Promise Project (PPP) was born from lived experience. I stepped in to protect a child I wasn’t related to, using only my own resources, and for over 500 days I gave her the safety and stability she deserved. That journey showed me the heartbreaking truth: too many children living in domestic violence and molestation situations are left unprotected, and too many families who try to help are left standing alone.

PPP is my promise that this will not be ignored. We are here to raise awareness, advocate for children in danger, and support the caregivers who step up when no one else will.

Looking forward, we will expand our reach by connecting children and caregivers to counseling and legal services and in some cases, assisting with costs so no one is denied protection or healing because of money. We also envision emergency housing so families escaping abuse have a safe place to go.

This is more than a fundraiser. It is a commitment to protecting children, holding systems accountable, and ensuring that every child is treated like the treasure they truly are. 💛

Our Roadmap

NOW - We are fundraising to get started, raising awareness about domestic violence and molestation cases where children are most at risk.

NEXT - We will expand advocacy and support, connecting children and caregivers to counseling and legal services, assisting with costs in some cases, and pushing for meaningful court reforms that put children’s safety first.

FUTURE - We dream of creating emergency housing so children and families fleeing abuse have a safe place to go when home is not safe.
