😃 Camp Lavi: Project Smiles

ABOUT OUR PROJECT

Camp Lavi is partnering with Smiles for the Kids to show our support for those who need it most in Israel this summer. 

Smiles for the Kids has been at the forefront of helping families and children affected by the war since October 8, and continues to help IDF families, evacuees, those displaced by ongoing rocket attacks, and countless other Israelis throughout the country.

As part of our new initiative with Camp Lavi, we will be raising critical funds to purchase much needed personal supplies for the very many communities in Israel we serve, which will be carefully organized and packed by Lavi campers along with handwritten notes, and then shipped to Israel for distribution nationwide! 

Smiles For The Kids founder Aron Schoenfeld will be joining our campers and staff, direct from Israel, for a special summer weekend to discuss the current state of affairs in Israel, the critical importance of volunteering, and why our impact, as well as our commitment to the Jewish state, matters more now then ever.

Funds raised will also support special, smile-filled events in Israel throughout the year for children and families most affected by the war. All Camp Lavi families traveling to Israel this year are welcome to attend or participate. And if members of the Camp Lavi family have loved ones in Israel who need a smile, let us know, and we will reach out to see how we can help.
