How to Register

Please read carefully as there are two systems that you need to sign up in to complete your registration.

Please review our Ice Rental Terms. Cape Community Arena Group is an all volunteer run organization and the Cape Ice Rink is a community asset, not a commercially run entity. We want you and your attendees to have a blast and understand how it'll work upfront.
Be sure to have your ice time booked through the sign-up sheet.
Ensure you have arranged your payment method. Individual private renters are expected to pay via the GiveButter system by clicking on the "Pay for Rental" button in the top right of this page. Regular rental organizations may be invoiced monthly.
You must have a trained Rink Supervisor onsite at your ice rental time. It is your responsibility to validate that the Rink Supervisor has been trained by CCAG. Failure to do so will result in being denied future rentals.
Be sure to send our online waiver to your guests - all attendees must have completed the waiver to be at the Cape Ice Rink
