For over half a century, Senior Life Resources has been a trusted part of our community. We help people remain safe and independent at home, provide meals that nourish both body and heart, and support families through every stage of life.

Our care reaches across generations. We see grandparents caring for grandchildren, adult children caring for parents, and caregivers balancing work, family, and compassion every day. Each meal delivered, each wellness class offered, and each home visit strengthens the connection between generations and builds a healthier community.

While our focus remains on serving older adults, our programs naturally extend to caregivers, families, and adults of all ages. This year marks an exciting turning point in our story. Our Programs

Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels

We deliver more than a meal. Across seven dining sites, neighbors come together to eat, laugh, and connect. We also deliver meals to those who cannot leave home, including adults under sixty living with disabilities or special needs. Meals on Wheels supports clients and the caregivers behind the scenes who are holding families together.

Healthy Ages

Healthy Ages is especially close to our hearts because it began thirty eight years ago when the mother of one of our team members started the program. When Kadlec Health discontinued it on September fifth of this year, we knew it had to continue. Healthy Ages had served more than seventy five hundred members and remains vital for older adults and caregivers seeking wellness, education, and connection.

Home Care Services

Our compassionate caregivers help people remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We assist with daily living, offer companionship, and provide peace of mind for families. Nearly one in three clients is under thirty nine, reflecting how care today reaches across generations.
