Dear Brothers and Sisters,

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share some devastating news. On September 18, 2025, our brother Vincent Martucci and sister Antoinette Sabella welcomed their beautiful daughter, Baby Cecilia Martucci, into this world. Tragically, just two days later, on September 20, 2025, Baby Cecilia passed away.

The loss of a child is unimaginable, and our hearts break for Vincent, Antoinette, and their family. As they face this unthinkable grief, we as their NTEU/JFK Health and Welfare family must come together to support them. The financial burden of medical expenses and funeral costs only adds to the pain they are already enduring.

Vincent has always been the kind of person who gives selflessly, always the first to help someone in need. Now, it is our turn to be there for him and Antoinette. Together, we can help give Baby Cecilia the proper send-off she deserves and show this family that they are not alone in their darkest time.

I humbly ask that you consider making a contribution, no matter the size, to help ease the burden on Vincent and Antoinette. Every bit of support will make a difference.
