CVSA Brochures in Spanish!
The 2022 revision of the "What is CVS" brochure was translated into Spanish, by Dr. Rosita Frazier, and is currently on the CVSA website. CVSA has handed out copies of these during several conferences in 2023 as part of it’s medical outreach programs.
Launched in 1996, Listserv was the first electronic method CVSA had used to communicate with others impacted by CVS. Later came the CVSA Message boards, this is still accessible on the CVSA website today. Now CVSA is on several social media platforms with an additional support group on Facebook.Check out the message boards here: https://www.cvsaonline.org/for-families/cvsa-message-board/Facebook Support Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/312252096377676

B Li Young Investigator Award
To honor the distinguished career of Dr. B Li upon his retirement in 2017, CVSA partnered with the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN) to provide the B Li Young Investigator award to promote interest in the next generation to research and treat CVS.
In 2021, Dr. Patrick Reeves worked with CVSA and CVSA Medical Advisors Dr. B Li, Dr. Katja Karrento, and Dr. David Levinthal to develop a CVS Action Plan. This Action Plan was developed to help optimize CVS treatment for both acute and preventative care. While this user friendly tool was geared toward pediatric patients with it's stop light coloring, it can be a helpful tool for adult CVS patients to organize their care instructions and indicators.
