Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 Raffle is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not eligible to participate. 1.2 Employees, officers, and directors of Board Games for the Better, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The Raffle begins once the new game is revealed and ends at the end of the month. Entries are considered for current supporters when winners are pulled.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the Raffle, participants must complete the entry form available at Website.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the last day of the month. 4.2 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 4.3 Winners will be notified via Phone and Email within 2 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Prizes

5.1 The prizes for the Raffle are revealed at the start of the month 5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Board Games for the Better's sole discretion. Board Games for the Better reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1 Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the continental United States. 6.2 Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Board Games for the Better is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged during shipping.

7. General Conditions

7.1 By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Board Games for the Better, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle. 7.2 Board Games for the Better reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Board Games for the Better's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by Board Games for the Better in its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Board Games for the Better is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Raffle; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes

9.1 Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. 9.2 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Board Games for the Better in connection with the Raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of [Your State], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.
