Join Elizabeth Roistacher, Roger and Amy Rolfe, and The JOBAR Foundation of the Benisch Family - Joel Benisch and Elisabeth D. Laux in Bringing Clean Water to 4,780 People in Tanzania

Chinugulu Village, located in the Chamwino District of Tanzania, is home to 4,780 people who are currently living without reliable access to clean, safe water.

Women are forced to collect water from unsafe sources, alongside cattle, leading to widespread waterborne illnesses such as typhoid and dysentery. Women spend hours each day walking to gather water, taking valuable time away from their family and opportunities for a brighter future.

With your support, clean water can be pumped using solar energy from the underground aquifer beneath the village. Once pumped, the water will be distributed through multiple taps installed throughout the community, creating a permanent and life-changing transformation for the people of Chinugulu.

But it does not stop with clean water. Water becomes the foundation for teaching stewardship of every drop through sustainable agricultural solutions that help communities grow nutritious food while caring for the land around them.

Water 4 Mercy takes a holistic approach that combines clean water access, sustainable agriculture, and community engagement to empower communities to thrive for generations to come.

Your support provides:

• Sustainable clean water
• Improved health and sanitation
• Greater access to education
• More opportunities for women and children
• Hope, dignity, and long-term transformation

When clean water arrives in a village, children can spend more time in school, families can focus on farming and building livelihoods, and entire communities are given the opportunity to thrive.

Let's bring water, health, and hope to 4,780 people.

To date, Water 4 Mercy has improved the lives of more than 111,833 people across Africa by bringing clean water and nutritious food to 39 communities. Through its Agricultural Innovation and Technology Center (AITeC), Water 4 Mercy has also provided world-renowned agricultural technology and training to more than 12,800 farmers and 450 students.

AITeC is helping grow a new generation of agricultural leaders and experts focused on the future of food and nutritional security, creating lasting impact for generations to come.
