Girls With Impact (GWI) was founded in 2018 to address a critical gap: young women often lack access to the business, leadership, and confidence-building tools needed to succeed in today’s economy. Recognizing this, CEO Jennifer Openshaw launched GWI in partnership with educators and leaders from Harvard Business School to deliver a modern, outcomes-driven approach to leadership training.

Today, GWI is the nation’s leading live, online business & career education program for young women ages 14–24, equipping 20,000 students with the skills, confidence, and network to lead.
