About Claire’s Lemonade Stand Claire was a beautiful girl who loved reading books, playing with American Girl dolls, attending Brownies and going to Disney World. She was severely disabled and lived a full and joyful life. Claire’s Lemonade Stand began in June 2016, as a way for Claire to meet her neighbors. Claire had so much fun running her lemonade stand that we decided to make it an annual event. Sadly, Claire passed away in March 2018, at the age of seven. To honor her memory, we continue to hold the lemonade stand each year. The lemonade is free, but donations will be accepted for the Kyle Pease Foundation, an Atlanta-area non-profit that improves the lives of people with disabilities through sports and beyond.
