The ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Sigma Chi Zeta Chapter, would like to encourage graduating female high school seniors in Rutherford County with a minimum of 3.0 GPA to apply for a $1,000 scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to the recipients to use at their chosen four-year college or university.

As you fill out the application, you will discover Shannon L. Martin's contributions to the community, and you will be prompted to share how you are serving the community.

TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

Most current high school transcript.
Two (2) letters of recommendation. School officials, church/community service affiliates, etc.
Complete a minimum 700-word essay.
