Many mothers leave treatment or transitional living only to find they have nowhere to go. Often, they’ve entrusted their children to family members during their recovery journey. Without a stable environment to return to, the path of recovery becomes more difficult, and many mothers face a higher risk of relapse.

Tragically, this cycle often leads to children experiencing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) that can have long-term impacts on their emotional and mental well-being.

By giving to COGO you provide mothers with the opportunity to establish ways to raise their children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Your support allows programs to guide children in developing important motor skills by encouraging participation in activities like sports and teaching them to appreciate the importance of their environment in personal growth and development.

We incorporate the Eight Dimensions of Wellness into our programs, addressing the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental aspects of recovery.

This holistic approach ensures that both mothers and children have the tools they need to thrive in every area of their lives.

We provide holistic recovery support, including sound healing, peer mentorship, and peer trauma-informed care.

We're working tirelessly to secure transitional housing for mothers and children, giving them a stable foundation for a brighter future.
