At Coastal Creatures, we’re building something new — Arizona's first nonprofit open to the public walk-in reptile rescue and sanctuary. The public gets direct access to adoptions, education, and animal care,and where reptiles get the second chance they deserve.

But this isn’t just about reptiles.

We’re launching a first-of-its-kind outreach initiative focused on bringing rescued reptiles directly to underserved and overlooked communities, including pediatric hospitals, long-term care centers, and neurodivergent support groups. While many rescues offer classroom visits or tabling events, we’re taking it further: creating tailored, animal-assisted visits for people who rarely get to experience this kind of connection. Every visit is trauma-informed, sensory-conscious, and built around the healing power of reptiles.

Initial funds raised through this campaign will go toward essential startup costs for Coastal Creatures, including:
