Color runners will receive a white Messiah color run t-shirt (cannot guarantee a shirt for registrations after 3/22) and will run through color powder stations for a memorable experience. We will be using Mrs. Brummer’s outdoor track. We will have three heats for this fun non-timed event. The focus is to have fun, spend time with friends, and get covered in crazy amounts of color! Heat #1 (half mile) will be kids in preschool and kindergarten; heat #2 (one mile) will be first and second grade; heat #3 (one mile) will be third through fifth grade and Messiah alumni kids. Heat #1 will start at 10:00. Heat #2 will start at 10:15. Heat #3 will start at 10:30. Additional event information, including the finalized heat schedule, will be sent out the week before the event. We encourage families to stick around after their heat(s) for fellowship (water, coffee, and donuts). Kids will be able to play on the playgrounds. As an added bonus, runners are encouraged to stick around after the last heat to help "color" Mr. Stueber!
