Community Builders, let's get FundaveNYC first office! (Legal Services & Affordable Housing program)

FundaveNYC has served New Yorkers and newest New Yorkers in a variety of areas, specially spreading information and free services related to immigration legal topics and affordable housing (online and in-person).

Since 2020 we have been allowed to serve people at Plaza Venezuela, a free venue located at 32-04 38th Ave. Long Island City. NY 11101. 

This location is closing in September 2024, leaving us without a physical venue. This will limit our organization to receive the necessary funds to increase our capacity, leaving thousands of families and individuals without the opportunity to access crucial services.

Please join us and support our Community Builder campaign. With your contribution we will move to another office located in the same neighborhood. 

In 2022 we started serving newly arrived asylum seekers in this important geographic area, centered between the 5 boroughs. Since then, we have strengthened relationships with our District 26 City Council Office, this district has the highest number of shelters among Queens and low income New Yorkers and immigrant New Yorkers. According to MOIA, this district possesses a high number of hard to reach population.
