R[4] Community Partnership

We all know it takes strong partnerships to help make a community flourish. That is why at R[4] Retreat Center, it is important for us to invite those with a strong presence in the community to get involved in helping to bless the lives of families who often feel like they live in the shadows. Who are those families? Those who have children (young or adult) with special needs of any kind. R[4]'s mission is to encourage, inspire and empower families who have children with special needs. How is this done? By working with our Community Partners to create amazing retreats for the whole family to enjoy together. These retreats give parents/caregivers time with others who understand their struggles to just breathe, relax and enjoy some adult conversation. Or if they prefer, they can just sit in silence in the middle of God's creation and just exhale. And while the parents/caregivers are getting a much needed break, their kiddos and their siblings are having the time of their lives enjoying all kinds of cool camp activities with the help and guidance of R[4]'s incredible volunteers. It is such a special time of refreshment and inclusion for our families. They leave our events feeling seen, understood and loved. Is there anything better than that?

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP LEVELS:

$250 - Campfire/S'mores Partner - Your partnership at this level will help provide a campfire and all the fixings for all our campers and volunteers to enjoy. All retreats end with a campfire and s'mores. It's a favorite!

**To thank you, we will give you a special thank you on our website homepage along with your logo and link. And in our s'more kits for each family at our retreats, a special thank you card will be included with your logo and details about your business so our families can learn more about you.

$500 - Dinner Bell Partner - Your partnership at this level will provide a delicious camp meal for 50 people!

**To thank you, your business and logo will be highlighted on R[4]'s homepage and social media channels. Also, a special thank you card will be placed at all 50 seats you sponsored at one meal during a retreat. Bonus: Give us some fun facts about your business and we will add that to a special placemat at each seat too. Want to make it extra fun? Send us a fun branded coloring picture that includes your logo that we can add to the placemat for our campers to color while they eat the meal you provided.

$750 - Buddy Bag Partner - Your partnership at this level will provide Buddy Bags for our buddies to use during the retreat to help their camper with special needs have a successful and enjoyable time at the retreat. Items included in each bag are water bottles, approved snacks, fidget toys, sensory friendly items to help soothe, an info card on each child, emergency contact info, a walkie talkie to contact leadership if needed and simple first aid supplies.

$1000 - Respite Partner - Your partnership at this level will provide coffee, donuts and snacks in our parent/caregiver room as well as peaceful decor to make the room comfortable and inviting. Your contribution will also help us assemble 10 Blessing Bags for our parents and caregivers. These Blessing Bags are always a hit because they are filled with fun goodies to help them find respite and retreat in their day to day lives.

Also, a special thank you sign will be on the wall in front of the Respite Room and thank you cards with your logo and qr code will be placed in the parent/caregiver Blessing Bags displaying your logo and a QR code. You can also provide us with brochures to give the parents/caregivers so they learn more about your business and how you can help them.

$1500 - Retreat T-Shirt Partner - Your partnership at this level will provide special branded retreat t-shirts at one of our retreats.

We will also place your large logo on the back of the retreat shirts with a special thank you and include a special thank you card with your logo and QR Code in the Blessing Bags that are given to each parent/caregiver. As an added bonus, we will provide your business with 10 very special Retreat Shirts signed by all of our campers.

$2500 - Blessing Bag Partner - At each retreat, we give out Blessing Bags to everyone who attends. These Blessing Bags are filled with all kinds of things that help encourage, inspire and empower our families. They include special fun things for the kids to enjoy, relaxing things and gift cards for the parents. The Blessing Bags are definitely something that our families look forward to at each retreat.

We will also place a large logo on the Blessing Bags to thank you for making those bags possible. Also, a special thank you card will be included in the parent/caregiver bags so they can learn more about your business. And as an added bonus: we will send you 10 of the branded Blessing Bags to you signed by all of our campers. You can distribute these at your discretion to your employees. We would also love the opportunity to highlight your business in a very special way on social media. We will work with your team to create special content to highlight your business in a way that works with your branding and message so it is more meaningful for you and your team.
