We cannot rely on corporations to make decisions that protect our personal health or the health of our communities. We must stand up for our inalienable right to live in a healthy environment and this right must be protected by the highest law of the land- the constitution. This right should be indefeasible to all and each person in our future generations should have this right standing next to all those rights stated in the bill of rights which protect us from harm.
