I have known Maya K van Rossum for over 30 years and believe in her efforts at leading the Green Amendments for the Generations as a means to give all people the opportunity to defend themselves and promote their right to a clean environment regardless of where they are living; particularly those whose income prohibits them from living in more “secluded or expensive areas in this country.” Everyone, regardless of background deserves the fundamental right to breathe healthy air and drink uncontaminated water, as well as have access to clean rivers and lakes for safely fishing and swimming in. I have joined her board to support this belief and am hoping that upon reflection and a study of the cause that you also may choose to contribute; every dollar and each extra person is invaluable to a cause that often has to battle against entrenched, highly resourced efforts to avoid environmental laws and Justice.
