You know I have been working for many years to keep our waters and air clean. I have done legislative and regulatory testimony, expert reports, public education, and scientific publications. They are all important. However, a most important action is to make clean water, clean air and a healthy environment a fundamental, constitutional right for all. Such a right, a GREEN AMENDMENT, is a powerful legal power when it comes to court fights to protect the harmed. I have seen it work, and it should work for all Americans regardless of where they live. Please help GREEN AMENDMENTS FOR THE GENERATIONS make this right universal.
