We are only a few weeks away from traveling to Costa Rica to serve with Rice and Beans Ministry.

Our team consists of 9 students and 1 staff member. Some are traveling abroad for the first time, others have a strong commitment to service both domestically and internationally. Last semester we had the joy of a visit from Fred from RABMIN who shared his love for the community and the teams that partner with ministry. He even made a generous gift to our mission at the time, OU Food Pantry.

We were blessed to receive a grant from The Woodworth Committee, a partnership of The Oklahoma Conference of The United Methodist Church and The Oklahoma Methodist Foundation. This grant paid for a substantial amount of the trip for our team. However there are still a few ways to help partner with our team.

Some of our students could still use some financial support to help with their $1000 commitment. Not all fundraising shows in this page, but any of the students who shared their information would be blessed.

Sponsor a meal bag. We plan to give 200 meals away. Each one cost $16. This gift will help us hit the ground running!
